If you have lost a resale secondary to Disney using their ROFR -
1. How much were you offering per point?

2. Which resort was it?

I lost a resale to Disney's ROFR, it was $62 per point at OKW. My offer was made back in December when it seemed as though $62 was not a problem. From reading other post at the time I believe it was right as Disney starting buying back.
I have another offer out on another OKW contract, keeping my fingers crossed!

We lost a contract to Disney's ROFR at VWL with no points available until August 2004 due to borrowing. We had offered $62 a point. We are now waiting to hear about a contract at BWV. I will not tell you how much we are offering here but hopefully Disney is not as crazy as we are.
