O.K., i'm putting it all out there. When I was younger, I was very flat chested. Then after two children, I was not, they were just there. So after working out for almost 6 months straight, losing 16 pounds and many inches, and strength training 3 times a week, I have noticed that my chest area is getting smaller. Has anyone had this happen? I've lost weight in all areas, butt, arms, legs, belly but never imagined the chest area.

a yup - lost it all - have no ****s left at all
but if that is the price i had to pay to loose these 42lbs so be it

I have had a loss there as well. ::yes:: I think it's pretty common - in fact I have heard many women say they lose in that area first. Personally I would like to lose MORE there :teeth: but 6 inches is a nice start. :)

but I still wear the same bra size - that still puzzles me! I like being a tad smaller - now, if I was just a bit "perkier" - but ah.......... that's what being 55 will do! :p

Hmmm...funny you mentioned that; I was thinking about posting something similar a couple of weeks ago! I've lost 15 pounds in the last 2-3 months and though I'm seeing results in my waistline and legs now, the FIRST place I noticed the loss was in my cup size  Oh well, I'll take having to use a padded bra over having well-padded thighs! :)

That's what being 41 will do, too!

I've definately lost 'up there'. I needed to. :o

When I was gaining weight, I gained in that area. Now that it's coming off, I'm losing there, too. It surprises me to say this, but I'm actually glad to see some of it go!

Since breast tissue is mostly fat, you will lose it there too. Oh well, I'd rather be healthy than chesty...;)

I've lost inches around(the band size) yet cup size is the same - I wish I'd lose cup sizes because at 41y/o gravity is starting to pull things downwards;)

I've heard (I don't know if it's true - anyone know?) that you gain weight from the bottom, up and you lose weight from the top, down. I guess that means the thighs are the last to go - rats!
