What do you do when its "that time of month"? You know with all the cravings and things?
 
I just do my best. Some times I cave, and sometimes I'm good. When I cave, I gain, but it usually comes off within 3-4 days, then I'm back on track. I also cannot do much physical activity for 2 days, so that gets me really cranky.:mad: All in all, I'm a hormonal mess, but I just keep trying. :)

I don't know, I haven't had one since I started Atkins :eek: (AND NO, I'M NOT!!)

Anyone else having this problem?
 
I eat a *small* amount of whatever it is I'm craving (usually chocolate! LOL) , making sure I stay in my points range. :)
 

Last month I craved weird stuff - macaroni and cheese in particular!! So I used whole wheat pasta and really limited it to one portion size. I usually allow myself some splurges on the weekends so I try to hold out until then. My big thing is that I'm generally hungrier than usual even though my eating hasn't changed - anyone else?

I just 'spotted' this month --- since I cut the carbs again. I'm not complaining --- that would be a blessing! :teeth:
 
Argh this was my first full week of WW and I had to deal with this subject mid week! ARGH I actually did very well with the cravings but I wonder if I would have weighed less...... LOL

I am actually planning on going back onto depo so that no more cramps, pms, cravings etc etc!!!
