Who is the Pin Trader in your family?

I do most of it (okay 99.9%) but Sandy will trade when she sees a pin she really wants.

How about you?

I am the most hooked. I like the challenge of completing HM sets. It satisfies my competitive nature. DD5 is pretty into it and really looks forward to trading. For her, it's more about getting chartacters that she likes. DW will make a trade here or there, but would probably not bother even trading if it wasn't for me and DD.

DS3 was too young to trade last year, but we traded a little for him to get some characters that he likes. We'll probably let him trade a little during our trips this year.

Thaqt is half the fun I have (if not more). I love to go after sets and try and complete them by trades.

I am the trader in our house. I try to collect certain hidden Mickey sets through trades and amy ride/park pins or Tink and Minnie ones. DH used to shake his head at me, then he saw the Star Wars pins, now he has a Star Wars page in my pin colletion bag!

We all do trading in our family. Tony only does a little, but both Suzi and I do a lot of trading. We enjoy the hunt for pins that we are looking for, but also really enjoy the interaction with all the people that we meet.

I like the interaction also. Out of my family it's myself and my daughter. My wife "tolerates" it. I fell she does it because sometimes I see three pins I'd like and I can only trade for 2. Those darn boards have so many I like. My daughter likes to get sets of any kind. On our last trip in December she was looking for this bear pin after 2. Turns out it was from the Toy Story Mania set. I ended up finding it at the Board Walk in the Pin book there. She will also get anything Pluto, or with Pluto on it. I go for the Monorails. I can not have too many of those. 55 and counting.

All of us pin trade! Most times when we go (every weekend) there are 7 of us. All with very full lanyards (dh and my sister have more than one). My boys trade all the time for what ever strikes them at the moment. The adults are a little more picky

We havn't ever traded any of our pins, we mostly get rides that we like, especially first time rides, events like christmas, or characters that we really like, or our resort. I think next time we go DD will really enjoy it she was too young last time to trade but she did love buying pins.
