A question about triples/ tandem trailers

I'm guessing if this were allowed, the vast majority of people doing it would not have the level of skill required to tow rigs like this safely.

I think there are alot out there towing singles that are either just lucky or not safe either anyone can bring in a tow vechicle hook up a trailer and try to get it between two places if they make it then they know how to drive a trailer?
I think if you tow a trailer of a certian weight or size you should either have to have a cdl or have a training course or something there are some scary people out there just driving cars and to think anyone can just go buy a big 5 th wheel hook it up to a 4 door long bed truck and think they can drive is scary

Well put. Although most 1 ton 4 door long bed trucks seem to be pretty safe. Its some of the overloaded SUV's swaying all over the road
that make me go
