I've been thinking about giving this diet a try. I already have some problems with low bloodsugar so this may be good for me. One thing I've been wondering about is what do you eat for breakfast every morning. I can't imagine not having cereal or bagels or pancakes etc. I do love omelets but don't have time to cook them every morning! So what do you have for breakfast?


)...anyway, like Lisa said, they have low carb tortillas, bagels, bread, ect now, so I don't even miss regular bread at all anymore! It is great!
