A question about Soarin?

I might be going to WDW next year with family and had a question about Soarin. My cousin has some medical problems and has a hard time with some restraint systems on rides. She had a colostomy and some of the restraints are hard for her because of this? What type of restraiants are used on this ride?

Seat belt (lap) is only restraint. Not a real "ride" - seat is hoisted by a crane and glides along in front of a movie screen. Hope this helps.

Restraint is no different than that in the back seat of a car...lap belt only.

Your feet do hang off the seats...something to consider. Not a rough ride at all.
