Does anyone know if you leave and come back to any of the two parks in one the days if you have a 3 day park hopper ticket? Or do they have a limit on entry and re- entry?

Assuming you have a park hopper, you can enter and exit both parks as much as you want in a single day (regardless of ticket type). If you have a base ticket (non-hopper), you can exit and re-enter whichever park you are at as much as you want. Basically, there are no limits on re-entries into the park, unless the park reaches capacity.

Just make sure you get your hand stamped each day when you first go through the exit turnstiles. They don't have any other way to prove that you are the same person using the ticket.
