hi, up til this last july we lived in florida and always got ap's. we have recently moved to arkansas, and i am taking my dd for her 8th bday feb 12-19. this is the first time we have ever flew or used the myw tickets.
My question #1 is we booked air, tickets, accomadations through disney. i received our packet today with the vouchers for the hotel, the airplane, and 2 for planet hollywood, and also 2 happiest celebration luggage tags. Do we get our park tickets when we check in the hotel? since there wasn't a voucher in the packet for that, i wasn't sure, there is an asteric next to photo pass, that says pick up at hotel but nothing about the tickets.

Question #2 Also since this is the first time we have ever flown, is the voucher what i use when i check in to airport? i have 2 children that fly every summer to their dads but i have always had a print off itenary to give when I checked them in, then they gave me the tickets. So i wasnt sure if the voucher is the same thing.

Question #3 not ever having flown before, im kinda nervous about finding the right place to go, to find the magical express. i have checked in with them and have recieved a reservation. I just wonder how hard is it to find?

thanks for any replies/ advice, im just nervous and want to have my bases covered.

Can't tell you about Magical Express, I didn't use it. But your park tickets will be encoded onto your room keys at check-in, along with your dining vouchers, if you're getting the dining plan. So, your room keys will also be your park ticket and dining voucher, everything is electronic.

Your airplane tickets may be "electronic", that means there are no vouchers but there should be a sheet (passenger receipt) that lists the flights. You bring everyone's photo ID and that sheet to the airport and that is all you need to board the plane.

There should be vouchers for Magical Express if you reserved that method of getting from Orlando Int'l Airport to the resort (on any airline). You present these at the Magical Express counter (airport main terminal "A" side lowest level). If you did not get these, new ones will be made for you. These vouchers are actually your Magical Express bus tickets for the ride home.

Magical Express vouchers and yellow cardboard baggage tags may be mailed separately. The yellow tags are put on checked luggage (if any) going to Disney only. Using Magical Express you do not have to get checked baggage from the airport carousel, Disney will do that for you and transport the baggage to your room.

There should be a sheet that shows what resort you are booked at, and the dates of your stay.

Photopass works like an ID card, not like a voucher. You hand it to each staff photographer whom you want to take a picture of you or something. Later you stop by at one of the Photopass booths or stands, choose the pictures you really want printed, and purchase them. Heads up: unfortunately there yhave been glitches with Photopass whereby the pictures you thought were taken for you don't show up. So you should at least check at the end of each day what pictures are available, and get a new Photopass card and retake pictures the next day if the card you had did not work.
