After seeing the movie many, many times, I asked what one of the buildings was named - I recognized it from our honeymoon years ago. The CM gave me a list of all the scenes - music and buildings! I scanned the doc into my computer; I attempted to attach the PDF here, as well as copied/pasted the OCR of it below (might be OCR errors). I received this at the film Jan. 2015.

The solo artist for Debussy's "Solo for Flute" was Eddie Beckett of the London Symphony Orchestra.
Buddy Baker contributed some original material for "Impressions de France".In addition,he did the
arrangements and conducted the London Symphony Orchestra for the film's musical score, which was
recorded in London.
