A question about Coronado Springs......

Ok all you moms who have stayed at CSR, have any of you guys used a pac n play for your little one, and if so, where have you put it in a standard room to give the rest of the family the most space and privacy at night?? I was looking at the floor plans and I was thinking about putting it in the "closet space" to the right of the sinks in the bathroom area. It shows that there are no doors on this space but it is kind of set back in the wall. I have a very nosy 16month old little boy and I am concerned that he won't sleep well with out his own "space". A friend of mine suggested we might could do that, but she also mentioned maybe hanging a blanket over that space. Even though this is a weird question, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are leaving on Monday, june 16th for 5 days at disney

I think you would be ok putting it where the closet space is. There really isn't anywhere else (out of the way) to put it. The only other place that I can think of is if you push the table and chairs up against the armoire and put the pack n' play up against the window. Or push the table and chairs up against the window and put the pack n'play in the middle.

...I agree with maciec; I think you should put it between the table/chairs and armoire...have fun!! The CSR was our first "on-site" property and it has a special place in my heart .

We have always placed the crib between the front door and first queen bed. Mom always wanted to be right next to baby.
The countertop of the vanity may not allow room for the crib in the closet. Also, we have had different cribs provided; not all are 'Pack-n-Play' type. The kids have been fortunate in that their Uncle has joined us, and connecting rooms solves the problem.
I have seen some parents move the table and two chairs out onto the balcony to give the kids privacy and extend a grown-up evening!

I found that with our DD who was 22 months when we brought her in May that by the end of the day she was so exhausted she was falling asleep as we were changing her into her pj's. One night she fell asleep in the car on the way back to the hotel (we stayed offsite since it was a last minute quickie trip) and didn't wake up throughout being washed up, diaper change and being put into pj's. I LOVED that part of bringing her to WDW- she wore herself out every day!! On the next part of our stay however we were at my grandparents house in FL and all three of us were in their spare room with the pack and play right up next to the fold out couch-bed. We draped a blanket over the side of the pack and play facing the couch-bed and draped another partially over the top of it to try and keep the light out. This worked out ok, but we definitely had a few nights when we were all up all night. She is so used to being in her own room with the lights off at night when she is sleeping. She is very active and not an easy one to get to bed sometimes, so I understand where you are coming from. I think if you make sure to give your son some time out of the stroller when he can just run free, you will do well with him sleeping at night. The fountains at Epcot and the playground in Toontown at the MK were favorites of our DD. Hope this helps. Have a wonderful time!

Thanks so much for all of your suggestions. I guess we can only just see how Benjamin does once we are down there. I am hoping though that he is tired after the longs days and will just poop right out. We shall see, and I am sure I will be posting all about our trip. Again, thanks to everyone. I just need to make sure that I keep a look out for green ribbons!!!!!!
