A question about calling Disney Dining

Can you imagine your surprise if you got a person who not only works from home for Disney Dining, but also for a 1-900 *adult* service-and they got their phone lines confused? :lmao: You franticly dial your phone at 7 am exactly on your 180 mark only to hear,"Hiiiiiiii. My naaaaame is Wicked Wanda and I want to....""" :lmao:

It probably "Bring pet to work day". :)
A call center with operators worked from home is not cost effective.

On the contrary, it's VERY cost effective! I work for a call center and we have about 100 people working from home. I was one of them but I didn't like it because there is no one to talk to....you're just strapped to your desk by your headset. But having employees work from home is very cost effective because there are less distractions so people actually do more work. Plus, it frees up space in the office so they can hire more employees if need be.

I work for a national call center for a large corporation and we absolutely have call center reps working from home - it's very cost effective for the company and for the employees.

Having said that I've yet to notice those kinds of background noises when calling Disney Dining - at least not yet. :goodvibes

When I called last to make my package reservations, I heard people in the background laughing, giggling, cackling and just general chatter. At one point, she put me on hold and when she came back, the background was silent. lol So I wonder what was up with that.:rotfl:
