What is your body type?

  • Extremely thin... maybe even unhealthy

  • slender but healthy

  • I could stand to lose 10 - 15 pounds... a little cushiony, am I!

I'd like to lose at least 50lbs from my current weight, but cant right now since I am pregnant. As it is, I lost 18lbs since becoming pregnant being so sick for a few weeks.
 
Just right. I could stand to get into better shape though. But my weight and diet are fine.
 
I would like to get down to 140. I am currently at 210 (5'6). I have lost 10 pounds this week from a bout of pnemonia. I'm trying to get my asmtha under control so I can exercise. I have had 6 kids and 44 years old.
 
I said just right....I am in shape, go to the gym 5 days a week & eat healthy, but it doesnt run my life.
 

I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds so I could be a size 10 instead of a 12. Size 10 is just right for my body type.

But I'm almost 60 years old and have perfect cholesteral so I guess it's okay. The more fat I eat the better my HDL gets, and my LDL is very low as it is supposed to be.

I got heavy when I had sleep apnea and couldn't exercise about 10 years ago. What finally worked for me was to just stop eating when I am full. I rarely eat more than a third of what is served in restaurants.
