After Disney Animation ,the plan is to use our FPs for TSM followed by lunch at

Fairfax Fare !! For those of you who haven't tried it DO !!! It is a real change from the disgusting rolls at ABC !! In my oppinion the Ribs are better than FTB at AK!! D Jay can confirm or deny that as I had the brisket and chicken both of which were excellent !! The Carrot cake does provide a challenge which D Jay might also confirm!


Full of good food we will head out to Back lot express !! I love this attraction and so does my DD!! She would like to spend a day in the Props area !!

Okay, where is Fairfax Fare at the Studios? I have never heard of it. And with the exception of the Starring Rolls Cafe there is NOWHERE for fast food at the Studios.

Okay, where is Fairfax Fare at the Studios? I have never heard of it. And with the exception of the Starring Rolls Cafe there is NOWHERE for fast food at the Studios.

It is near Catalina Eddies and Rosie's ,they share the same eating area , which has some shaded tables .It is definately a welcome and needed addition to the cs places at DHS!! Check out the menu , very similar to FTB except they offer combos and they count as a cs!!!

I come by them honestly my Dad and BIL said we all had WARPED senses of humor !!We have always delighted in twisting innocent comments to amuse us !!!I use that warped sense to write a monthly newsletter for the Group Home and the Staff Love it !! It has become quite the Topic all month long !!

Fairfax Fare was on my list of CS places I might want to try, but I did not manage to eat there on my last trip. I thought the menu looked interesting, but never heard from anyone who had eaten there. So thank you very much for that tip! I think I will make a point to eat there on my next trip!!

It replaced McDonald's fries??? My little sister will be devastated! When we went to HS last, we made at least 3 trips there. It's like crack to her, I swear.

The ribs are better than Flame Tree? I love Flame Tree, so I definitely think Fairfax is going on the list (this will enable us not to have to leave so early to go over to Beaches & Cream and we'll save B&C until a longer trip. I'll letyou know if I need assistance on the tops of the deserts.

Wow Fairfax Faire is a HOT Topic !!! Soo let's continue ... the Brisket was melt in the mouth and the chicken was extremely flavorful and moist without being under cooked .. just perfect The carrot cake was delish once D Jya opened it for me !!!

I know Judy should know by now !!!!As for Fairfax Faire I discovered it just before my Feb. Trip and knew I had to try it !! DHS is definately in need of some better CS places !!

Now if you have an adventurous 8 year old in your family you will understand why this is a MUST DO every Family Trip !!!I think the guys will enjoy this though and for sure I have lots of pix !! Between all the trips and a snap happy DD who I swear takes more of this than anything else !!
