A/P question

If you book using an A/P discount do they ask for your A/P number? Or can you book using the discount and buy your A/P before you leave to go down to Disney?

In my experience you can just call and say AP discount and then produce it at check in, even then it isn't always asked for. If the person asks for it you can simply say you have the vouchers or you have yet to buy the vouchers. Or hang up and call back for someone else. I only say this since some people have posted saying they have been asked for it.

I had an Ap rate and at Checkin was asked if I needed tickets. I'm like nooooooo I have an AP, ressie was in my name so I'd think that should have answered the question.
