Plus, I like that they have a web cam so we can check on him.

I like that because it makes them more accountable; and as an employee I prefer accountability, myself (demonstrates your work matters!), so I think it's a win-win kind of thing. Hopefully it shows that they've got a "working for the customer and the animal" mentality, rather than doing the minimum to keep the boss off their back. I hope Buddy is happy there.
