Boy have they screwed things up. Balcony Seating is sold at Guest Services at DCA (which does not open before early entry to Disneyland) and Priority Seating is sold at Guest Services inside Disneyland. I was really angry after showing up at DCA's Guest Services at 7am on 6/11 only to be told tickets would be sold inside Disneyland. After waiting half an hour inside Disneyland, I was told Prioirty Seating is sold there and I would need to go back outside to DCA Guest Services to get Balcony Seating. I politely asked for a complaint form and a manager was called who contacted DCA Guest Services to confirm availability abd have the tickets held. After thanking her and again asking for the complaint form, she sold me the tickets. And as for the Balcony, wonderful experience worth every penny. You are made to feel very special. It is definitely worth the extra $1 over Priority Seating where you are still with crowd. Also, I was told that with Priority Seating, there is only one special box per family (for anyone with more than one child, you know what types of problems that can bring.)
