We had a little snafu this past weekend, and based on what a few CM's told us, it wasn't an uncommon one by any means.
To get the AP Holder commemorative wine glass, you have to have your passport booklet stamped on three separate dates. Inside the passport booklet, it says you can have this done anytime between park open and 7 pm. We were really disappointed to see that when we got there on friday night at 7:20, as we would have gotten all three days this weekend.
However, when we went to get our "day 1" stamp saturday morning, the CM working it told us you can actually get the stamp from open to close. When we asked about the verbiage in the booklet, he said "yeah, they printed everything and then decided to move the stamping booth and extend our hours but didn't really tell anyone. A lot of people don't know. Hope you guys get to come back again so you can make up for it."
DB was pretty upset, as the mistake was on their part, but I didn't want to waste a lot of time and was trying to be optimistic that we could make a quick trip down again next weekend.
However, when we went to get our day 2 stamp sunday morning, the day 3/glass redemption line was out the door so I got a little panicked that they wouldn't have any glasses left. A pretty quick stop in at guest relations, a few scans of our MBs showing we had been in the park friday night, and a lot of thanks later we had out glasses.
In short, when you pick up your passport booklet it will tell you that you can only get your date stamps until 7pm, but this is incorrect. So don't miss out on one of your stamps! The glasses are small but very pretty.
