A nice quiet spot for kids in MK

I'm sure this has been posted somewhere but wanted to share. We found the inside of Heritage House to be empty and quiet this past week. It was a wonderful spot for the kids to nap and eat at. Had a few tables and chairs and no one inside. Really great little spot to escape from the crowds.

It is across from the Christmas store in Liberty Square.

We like to grab a drink and go to the 2nd floor of CHH. It can be quiet up there in off times.

Add MK's Tom Sawyer's Island to that list, and the Boneyard in AK's DinoLand.

It is possible to find some nice quiet spots on Tom Sawyer Island. Boneyard, however, is awesome, but definitely NOT "quiet". Lol. Tons of kids running and playing and jumping and climbing, dino sounds, etc. Good for running off steam...but not for those in need of a quiet place for some "down time".

yes is there a listing somewhere of quite places besides some of the shows. I will be taking an almost 3 year old next trip and if/when she stroller naps I'd like to have some out of the way places marked on the map to sit and relax for a bit.

Right, but she was specifically asking for quiet places in the parks - and the Boneyard certainly doesn't fit the bill for that.

When my kids were tired we got on people mover in tomorrow land, they fell right to sleep and laid their heads on my lap. The CM let me keep going around when they saw the sleepers. it was mostly quiet and I got to see lots of things on the ride as we went around and around letting them sleep. Also it's covered so it started to rain and we were fine.

Last April, they had FP+ computers set up at Heritage House - empty tables and chairs were in there too, also the small line for people getting 4th FP's...
Very few people were trying though!

A few years back, my 12 yr old decided to try an energy drink without us knowing and it was almost 90 degrees outside. Needless to say, he was sick, dehydrated and ended up with a huge migraine. We found a quiet garden towards the back of the castle on the right side with a few benches. It was almost like a path going down from the castle. He was actually able to fall asleep there and it was very peaceful there. Oh yeah, he hasn't touched another one of those since!!
