Disney has announced plans today for its residential resort Golden Oak to be located on site at Disney World in Orlando, Florida southeast of the Magic Kingdom and north of Epcot!

Single family homes will be priced between $1.5 and $8 million and designed by Walt Disney Imagineers. The community will have a private clubhouse complete with concierge service and Walt Disney World benefits including private VIP transportation, access to select special-event tickets and community-hosted activities.

Residents will also have access to the future Four Seasons' hotel full-service spa, restaurants, golf course and event space!

No word on if the homes includes free admission to the theme parks.

But it seems like a dream come true for hardcore Disney fans!

They look amazing. but the $$$$, wow! I would hate to see WDW over-developed, seems like so many building projects are in the works lately. And it is home to so much wildlife. Not uncommon to see Deer or turkeys wandering around, armadillo too.
