Peace to all!

DH had 200 cc of fluid drained from his left lung last night while I was there.

He should feel better but is coughing so much. Pulmonologist says that's because he is re-inflating his lung. He still has about 300 cc of fluid in that lung which will be drained later; he might be able to avoid major surgery. The pulmon. and his new cardiologist are working together very well to try and diagnose what is going on so we are starting to be a little hopeful!

We like this hospital even though it is 2x the distance etc.!

We also have a new infectious disease specialist who seems very interested in his case.

With a bit of luck and prayer DH may go home tomorrow or Thursday followed by some out-patient procedures.
