Bumping!

It was a bad day with my Mom; she thought she had a heart attack. She's 82 and quite the hypochondriac but does have high blood pressure. Anyway, she been through 2 totally unnecessary surgeries and the hospital she uses is horrible and known for missing diagnoses. She seems much better now and her blood pressure is lower and she is home in her retirement nursing center (about 70 minutes from me).

Work was the pits with the shipment of new laptops to our field staff and the typical problems of low-tech users not reading directions and calling for help (I help supervise a national Help Desk for a federal testing program).

Today is better thank goodness!!!

I hope your Mom is better. Take every day as a blessing. I lost my parents 3 months apart in 2009 and my brother this year. Next time you see your Mom give her a big fat Kiss and a hard squeeze. You are blessed.

Work, it's not the fact that is sucks but the volume of it's suckness (love that quote lol) People don't read they just click click click away and wonder why it's not working right. My son has that particular sickness

Got my new iPhone on Monday night, and started losing my voice with sickness a few hours later. At least I got to play with Siri for a few hours before I lost it. It is awesome. My voice is back, so I am making up for lost time. You're right. It is an awesome phone.

I have strep. My anniversary was spent in bed and at urgent care, but it was still romantic. DH got home at 2pm and watched the kids (except for breastfeeding breaks with the baby). He never leaves work that early, but he knew I needed help. It was a great way to spend a bad day.

This is my first time gettting on, since I did not want to use the same laptop my 4 year old plays with downstairs until I was not contagious anymore. Sorry for the untimely responses.
