If you are flying any of the 'big' ones, United, American, Delta, US Air, Continental, check this site out. Heard about it on the radio, looks very helpful.

Thanks for the link........it is an excellent site. Already listed it in my "favorites".It has all the major airlines and seating arrangments for all sizes of planes.

I saw it in the Wall Street Journal today...very cool!
But you have to use some judgement on what you are looking for in a seat. For example, it lists some of the seats in front of the exit rows on American's MD-80s as undesirable because they do not recline as far as the others. However, I like those seats because you definitely won't have a crying infant or kicking child behind you (of course, there are no guarantees on kicking adults!).
