I know there are lots of these cheap call things around at the moment but people are often weary of them. I've been with 18866 for nearly 2 years and can't fault them.
Main features I use it for are;
Calls to ANY uk landline at ANY time of day are only 1p. You pay the connection charge of 1p and nothing else.
Calls to UK mobiles are only 3p (Mo-Fr 6pm/8am: 12p/min & Mo-Fr 8am/6pm: 12p/min)
Calls to USA landlines are only 2p (anytime) and USA mobiles 2p (anytime)

You sign up via the website and if you decide not to use it you will never pay a penny. You need a credit card to sign up and payment is monthly. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE.
It has saved me a small fortune over the 2 years I've had it - especially when phoning Disney or friends in the US.
