What is the thing about item 1171689320 on ebay? The description reads it is a Disney Decade coin, turned into a pin????

What materials is the picture in the middle pic made from? Is it paper glued in? Or enamel?
I never looked at the coins close enough to tell. Guess I assumed it was just paper centers.
Looks like someone used their creative side. Now, if they are tradable or not... Seems like by attaching a pin back they would have to glue. Soddering (sp?) would ruin the front, wouldn't it?

Wanda..the center picture of the Decade coins are made of PAPER. Being a huge Disney/Mickey nut I bought a select few (about 8) as they were being released at the DS...now wish I had my $5.50 per coin back! If anyone has pins they'd like to trade for these coins, please let me know. Thanks...Disneyboy

The thing about it is, the audacity!

I saw those coins reduced to $1.00 at the DS months ago. None ever caught my eye, they're horrendous.
But, are you telling me that some dum dums are now going around and sticking pin backs to those coins to sell or trade them as pins???

On ebay, it is just one strike after another.
