So I was checking around where we want to eat...but how would be get from say POP to 1900 Park Faire for breakfast? How long would this take?

When we do character breakfasts we find it easiest and fastest to just get a taxi. The cost is under $15 with tip and avoids a lot of hassle.

I don't really respond to threads asking how to get to an early breakfast because I don't get up that early, so I don't know anything about it firsthand. But I understand the parks run buses for early breakfasts.

If you can get a bus, the thing to do here is ride to MK on the bus and take the resort monorail back around to GF. (It's also possible to take the small boat, which has its first stop at GF and could be faster, but I don't have any idea if the boats run early. I think the resort monorail does.)

At normal times I allow at least 45 minutes to an hour for any Disney transportation that isn't direct (that is, anything that goes between resorts). At that time of day I might lean toward the hour, I don't know.

If you are pressed for time, the best way is probably to take a taxi.

Take the bus to Magic Kingdom, and then take the Resort Monorail to Grand Floridian. It does take a while, so leave plenty of time.

So if my ADRs are at 9:30.....should we head out at 8...we talking a 1.5 hour trip? Or shorter? Thanks!

Disney's own literature says to allow "up to" an hour and a half to get from point A to point B. That seems to be the extreme time limit though.
For your trip and time of day, I'd say 45 minutes to an hour should be fine.

For a liittle more of a relaxed trip and perhaps a bit slower, take the bus to the MK and the boat to the Grand Floridian. The boat ramp is beside the monorail ramp and is clearly marked.
