We just had some wonderful Disney-cal magic!

We booked a flight with Midwest Express in DECEMBER...picked out our seats online and didn't look again. Well...we checked today, and our seats were CHANGED...to random rows farther back and NOWHERE NEAR each other, both going to Orlando and coming home. Needless to say we were ticked!

So we called Midwest and they said that the computer shouldn't have allowed us to book row 2 as it is reserved for Best Care Club members, so we'd been relocated :furious: She was very nice but said they couldn't overwrite our relocation in the system and that we'd just have to get there really early the morning we fly (4:30 a.m. :crazy: )

My sister was VERY upset...I was trying not to get worked up and was looking at the plane map, trying to assess how this was going to work...as I'm looking at our account, suddenly my seat is back to the second row...then my sister's...then the phone rings!

The lady at Midwest (Beth) went and talked to her supervisor (Michelle), who saw that we booked in December and was outraged that we'd been relocated...and they got us our seats back! pixiedust: It was a lot of extra stress, but how SWEET of those two!
 
I'm happy for you... Just goes to show there are some people that are really enjoy their job! :thumbsup2
