I was at the Dolphin for a conference on Wed-Fri of this past week. I bought "conference" park tickets...one park per day after 2:00. As some of you may know we are having a snowstorm in the NorthEast this weekend. I was supposed to return home on Sat but changed my flight to Friday night. My meeting was over by 11:00am on Friday. After walking around the Boardwalk and having lunch I decided to go to Epcot at 12:30 to see if I could upgrade my tickets as I had to be out of the parks by 4 so I wouldn't miss my flight. Working the Epcot window was an amazing cast member named MaryAnne. No upgrades allowed on my ticket. She tried many different things to get me into the park early without having to buy a new one day pass at full cost. Nothing. She then smirked and asked "What hotel are you staying at?" "The Dolphin." She types something and BOOM a ticket prints out, she hands it to me and says "Have Fun?" It was a marked "resort convenience re-entry ticket".
So, I had a few hours in the park, got to ride Soarin' and had an amazing afternoon!

It is too bad that you had to cut your trip short.

But it is great that you found such a fantastic CM!
