A little OT.... It's time for me to .....

upgrade my "old school" cell phone and get a smartphone... This is where I need your help!

My carrier is Verizon-

I was looking at the following phones: DROID - DROID INCREDIBLE - LG ALLY

If you have one of these phones please give me the pros, cons, and regrets......

Just got a new Droid Incredible. So far I love it.
Cons - battery life is not great, especially if you use it for internet or apps a lot.
Also, they are still on backorder. I ordered mine on June 1st and just got it on the 24th.
Pros - screen is super bright
It is very simple to use
Sound is clear
Everything loads fast
Lots of apps to download
Camera is 8 MP; also has camcorder function

I did add a 16 gb SD card so that I can download more apps and things.

I've also been looking. The sales rep in our local Verizon store told me there have been complaints with the LG Ally. He didn't elaborate and I didn't ask, so I don't know the details, as I didn't really like it anyway. I'm still looking and trying to decide.

DH and I just got LG Allys. No real complaints so far except the battery life is ALOT shorter than your standard basic phone. I don't use my very much, but still charge it every night. I'm still getting used to the touch screen, but it also has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard too. That's one of the main reasons we picked the Ally over the all-touch phones.
