A little manners during judging - too much to ask?

I think the staff should come in disguise to judge the rooms
1) They won't be pestered with questions
2) They can see how you really interact with guests to your ride.

That is an excellent Idea. You should send that in.

That was so totally not cool of that person. Here is an idea for them, figure out that things will go their course and come out when they come out. I think you should send that in to Contact Us, for sure. I would also like to know which Dis Member did this to you, because I would like to have a little chat with them about what is right and what is wrong. If it was in their own Space Race and they wanted to do that, fine, because Lily could just leave. But to pull something like that in your Space Race, that is just wrong. However, next time, remember to put on those Explorer Boots I gave you and use them on the person.

I happen to know the person who did this now feels very bad and is sorry... he can't undo what has been done... which is how life is...

I hope that the kids on this board take the comments like these and learn from them, so that when they are dealing with things in real life, they have a little more restraint... In some ways we are helping them learn from their mistakes... at least I like to think we are....

The boot was an option but I can understand if you are too kind and you don't like to boot. That's the case with me. I really don't like to boot so I probably wouldn't have booted this person no matter how rude they were. Don't give them too big of a piece, you might not have any left. However, I'm sure everyone has done their part to make this person feel small enough by now. Remember people it's a game, a silly pixalated game, that some people on this board get way to involved in. Believe me there is a real world out there and it knows nothing nor cares nothing about VMK.

I am so glad that you said this. I was going to post an apology on this thread for joking with Fin while she was in your room!! I thought about it afterward (same day) and thought that I should have just kept my mouth shut (or my fingers off the keys!)

Considering the amount of time we spend alone in our rooms waiting for
riders, I was really glad to see people to break up the loneliness.
It's even better when I recognize the players from the DIS or from
elsewhere in VMK.

One of my friends on VMK isn't on the DIS, and she came by to help me
pass the time. She didn't have a ride entered in the contest, so I really
appreciated her taking the time to sit and keep me company.

I'm glad you were there when I got my judging flag. Giddy doesn't begin
to describe it when you finally get judged.
