Here's a little known way to enter Disney World near 192 and avoid all the traffic:

There is also a short cut to get into Disney avoiding all queues which can occur at peak holiday times along the 192.
Directions are as follows:

Turn left out of Indian Creek, at the 4 way stop turn right this is a dirt track road. Follow this road until you reach the first junction, give way or yield to through traffic. Turn left here, at the traffic lights continue straight across, follow this winding road for a few minutes until you reach traffic lights. Turn right, Disney's Animal Kingdom is now on your left. Continue on for all other Disney parks now following Disney traffic signs.

It comes from this page: http://www.lastminutevillas.net/indian-creek.html

We stayed at Coronado, just getting back today. HWY 192 was slow moving most of the day, so we took Sherbeth Road frequently if we ventured off property. We wanted to try the new Cracker Barrel on 192 West of Sherbeth. At mid day 192 outside the restaurant was crawling. Pays to know the back roads.

We also tried a new route from the airport by taking the greenway 417(11 or 12) for one exit, then getting off and taking the backroad to the super walmart on oceola parkway. After exiting the Walmart, we took Oceola straight to Disney. This portion is a toll road, but it sure was worth it during the busy Easter holiday week.

It's little known until it is posted. See you all there.
