I'm hoping someone on this board can help me out. I have been struggling with losing weight for awhile now. Recently, I have really changed up my eating and working out to help shed some pounds before our trip. However, I haven't lost ANYTHING!
I have lost a large amount of weight before so not sure what the problem is. I'm on the same plan as then. There are only 2 differences. 1) I'm working out after work before dinner, 2) I'm getting less sleep due to my schedule. Do you know if this would cause the difference? I even went to the dr to have bloodwork to make sure there are no underlying issues. She also seemed puzzled. Currently I'm walking/jogging and it takes me 19 min. Is this a normal time or something else I should be shooting for? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
