I booked my disney trip through disney but I have no idea to to expect to get in the mail... Firstimer at booking through disney. PLEASE HELP ME I leave January 1st and have gotten nothing from disney so far.

I'd be calling them PDQ and asking what the hold up is! I'm thinking that you should probably be receiveing your Magical Express tags by now, maybe they'll come in the next week or so. I would think that you'd get some sort of little package containing all of your reservation information. I would give customer service a call at 407-WDISNEY!!!!

do i get my park tickets when i arrive at the hotel?

I belive if you booked a package you will get your tickets linked to your room key at check in! You should get confirmation of this when your tags etc. arrive, if I'm wrong someone please correct me! I have a room only ressie!
