A little girl named Hannah

I just got through watching her sail by. She looks so beautiful with the sun shining upon her. Hope Hannah is having a great trip so far.

Hello there,
Hannah's dad called me a little while ago and said they were out of their minds with excitement - little Miss Hannah was laughing the most she has in her short life of 7 yrs and Mike her brother was just as excited - they danced as the ship was leaving the port - they were then waving as they left the port - they were surprise to see so many "locals" out to watch the ships leave - I went over and was there when she was passing in front of Grills - had a Mickey balloon and waving it in honor of watching the Wonder pass -
Thanks to all of those that made this little girl's wish come true and for the parents to see their 2 children be children without any fears ----

I am speaking for Andy and myself - without Andy and a number of other DAID(disney angel in disguise) , we could not accomplish some of the things we do -
there is a lot of emails, phone calls back and forth to see what we can do to make these children's dream wish become a little better - sometimes we only have a few days and sometimes we only have a couple of weeks -
Hannah's daddy found the shop on the internet - he was just looking for a basket for his two children and he told me about Hannah and why it was so important since her illness is so life threating - I emailed Andy and he jumped right in to help - he sent postcards to the children from Mickey, he made tee shirts and pillowcases which he mailed directly to the family - they were stunned by the outpour of love from him - I made baskets for the children and flowers for Chris (Hannah's mom) just to make it all complete - I do not know how they got the upgrade, but I am saying that some of the DAID do lurk on this board and knew where the Smith's were suppose to be and decided to do something extra special - don't know since I have nothing to do with upgrades, but I will say at this time THANK YOU DAID whoever you are for this family is flying on cloud 99 and laughing for the first time in a very very long time - getting away from hospitals, doctors, etc for even a little while - Michael is bringing his family by when I get back from South Carolina this Thursday (I have a DSIL that is very sick and I need to get to her) - I am looking forward to meeting them as all of the children that I do whether they are MAW or healty children -
Thanks to everyone for all the love and support shown here for them. I know that Andy has kept them abreast of all that had been said.

I wanted to THANK ALL the kind and generous families out there that responded and sent there wishes to my daughter Hannah and our family.

I am overwhelmed at the support given by all of you!

Hannah had a wonderful time on her cruise, the whole family had a wonderful time.

Simply incredible. I have met some new friends now and I wish you all the best.
I apologize for not responding sooner, I just became a member today.

I am sorry we did not meet anyone at Scoops, we were there and we asked a few people if this was the meet, but to no avail. This was our loss.

I have to send out a special thanks to Shirley and Andy, Thank You! You folks are the greatest! What a WONDERful group of friends you have!

This outpouring was fabulous .

I will say hello to Hannah from all her NEW friends.
Hannah has goods days and bad days, with Gods blessing and the prayers from all of you, she had a wonderful trip. Unfortunately the past few days have not been good for her.

We thank God for the memories of yesterday, Live & enjoy life for today, and we worry about tomorrow when tomorrow comes, One day at a time!

A great person told me recently, Hannah will live to be a 100! We are getting there one day at a time!
