A little free locker tip!

Just returned from a weeks stay at Universal. Has anyone else had trouble with the lockers where you are tapping over and over when using the menu pad? This happened over and over during the week. Then I overheard someone say to use your fingernail. Sure enough, using this tip we only had to tap each box once which really made opening the lockers much quicker. This is just a little thing but those lockers can be frustrating when you are excited to get on a ride. Or in the case of my two DD's, when you are trying to ride The Mummy 13 times in a row!

I use my nails (since they're somewhat long) and it doesn't really do much for me. I think they need to do something about those screens...

Lockers are the main reason we make sure we don't have anything that needs to go in one!

Female clothing just doesn't have enough pockets and protection from things falling out of them so I'm forced to use a locker if I want to be guaranteed to have my money/cell phone when I come off the ride.

I just use a small pouch from lulu lemon that fastens around my waist and is flat to my body. It holds my cell phone/camera and passes and money with no problems at all. I have never been asked to remove it in all the times we've been there.

we avoided them at all costs, even if it meant taking turns to watch each others stuff.
They really need to do something about these, since the last time we used them was several years ago and the problem is still there..

We have never had a problem with the lockers other than them trying to charge us when we took too long on a ride. If that happens to you don't just pay, go get the attendant. They know how long the lines are and will open your locker for free.

Thank you! I have a very small camera that fits perfectly in the outside pocket and would just hate to lose it on some ride, but don't want to use the lockers if I can get out of it.
