So we are splitting Epcot up in two days. First day we are doing early FP for Meet Disney Pals (which we may skip because we will prob see them already) Turtle talk with crush and Soarin which is last at 11:20 - 12:20. I am hoping we get to World Showcase by 12:30. Than we are going to do that right side of WS all the way up to the middle the American pavilion. Then on our second day we do Mission space, Spaceship earth and Test track and the do the other side of WS. My question is first Santa is in Epcot correct for Meet and Greet with Mrs Claus? Second we probably will do the half of WS than go back to room to rest maybe I guess I dont know depending on how kids are the way that epcot is laid out. The day we want to see Santa should we just go straight to him in the American Pavilion and bypass everything else and hope to beat most crowds and then just make our way back and seeing all the other countries that way when were visiting them were actually walking back the way we need to rather than having to pass it all again once we've see it all? Does this seem like a good plan? After we meet Santa we can take a break to eat and then take our time to stop and see what we want or visit other characters we pass along the way?

You should be able to catch a Friendship Boat across the lagoon on that day. They will drop you at either Germany or Morocco which are about the same distance from America. It won't save you much time, but it would save you some steps and give you a bit of a rest.

Friendship boat?! What is that. I had no idea. Saving some steps for our feet would be great!!!!

When you first walk into WS from FW, before you get to either Mexico or Canada (depending on the direction you head), you should see the dock for the boats right on the water. They will be indicated on your map.
