A little bragging here

DD (5) came home from school yesterday really excited.

She got to go to the principles office!!!!!!

Good News - In Kinder. at her school.

When the teacher feels that a child can read a book (with out it being memorized) the child gets to go to the principles office and read a book to the principle. Then the child gets a little surprise fro her.

DD was thrilled! Mom is thrilled. She is really learning to read.

This morning she has an award ceremony for the Kinder. class. I don't know what to expect, but I am excited!
