A good start

I just read the article on the guest who hit an Epcot security guard because of the mask policy. The guard has pressed charges against the individual responsible and I am so pleased. I think Disney used to be resistant about CMs pressing charges against unruly and belligerent guests, but, it's time that the minority who behave badly should face the consequences of their actions and it may also empower CMs to stand up to these entitled fools. Disney has been guilty of issuing rules, but, the CMs are either afraid or ambivalent about enforcing them and it's time that people openly smoking, using a selfie stick or are inebriated or becoming aggressive are dealt with rather than CMs turning a blind eye.
