A good place for a surprise meal?

My brother and I are doing a trip next month and I've already started planning a few surprises. We're not doing a dining plan and are going to do mostly quick service meals. I thought it'd be a nice surprise to surprise him with a table service meal, on me. He's 18 and gets awkward around characters, so I don't think character dining would be a good fit. His favorite park is EPCOT. Any suggestions?

Lots of suggestions, but it would be easier if we knew what kind of food he liked best.

If you're trying to keep costs down and just want to do something fun, places like Via Napoli (Epcot) or The Plaza (MK) are great!

I prefer The San Angel Inn over Hacienda San Angel in Epcot.

TS Mexican food in Epcot is not at all like the Tex-Mex food we are accustomed to from place like Chipotle.
It is traditional Mexican cooking and it may not be what he expects or likes.
I think Via Napoli for pizza would be fun and we think the pizza is delicious. If you like German food, Biergarden is a German buffet - all you care to eat - with a Biergarden setting. It is good food and lively. But it is tables for 8 if that matters to you.

He likes traditional as well, he just doesn't get much opportunity where we live. I am not a huge Mexican fan, but after looking at the different menus, I chose San Angel Inn. It'll have stuff that he likes and I saw some things on there that I like.

I think San Angel will be really nice. I don't love Mexican food, so we haven't fit it in yet. I have always wanted to eat there just for the atmosphere. I love the sky and the boats going by. Plus my family really likes The Three Caballeros!
