This is the scenario: We have a PS for breakfast at Chef Mickey's on our last day. The other days we will be eating breakfast in the Food Court at ASMo, however we will be spending one day in a water park and not taking advantage of EMH that day. We would like to have a nice breakfast on that morning. Where would you suggest?

We really enjoyed breakfast at Whispering Canyons at the Wilderness Lodge in our last trip. Not only was the food very good...but it was a lot of fun. My son and I had the all you can eat skillet breakfast which consisted of bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles.....very good. DW had french toast that looked great and my DD had an omelette she really enjoyed.

In addition, the servers were incredibly playful and a fun time was had by all. And above all else, I felt the price to be very reasonable compared to other breakfasts we have had at WDW....I highly recommend it.

We love the buffet at the Maya Grill for breakfast...at CSR. They have great breakfast burritos, always lots and lots of wonderful fresh fruit, and some very good pastry selections (though we noticed on our last visit that these were not as numerous and varied as in the past). They also have the standard breakfast fare on the buffet.

Whispering Canyon is a good choice. If you've never been to Wilderness Lodge, it is an experience in itself. The lobby...the upper floors overlooking the lobby....the outside pool area...absolutely stunning. Nice way to kill an hour, day or night, if you have that luxury! (One of our more favorite gift shops also.)And the breakfast is very good, too!
We also enjoyed 1900 Park Fair (breakfast more so than dinner) and Cape May breakfast.
Have fun!!

You might consider the Boma at AKL (PS are necessary). They have a wonderfully different buffet, custom made omletes, smoked meats, breakfast pizza, hot and cold cereals, excellent pasteries (don't miss the Sticky buns), Frunch and wonderful pressed pots of Kenya AA.

Plus after breakfast you can check out the animals at Sunset outlook and Arushra Rock. Also you can catch a direct bus to Blizzard beach.

Trails End at Fort Wilderness has a really good Breakfast Buffet and a good price.
Try it.

we have enjoyed breakfast many times at whispering canyon cafe. another good breakfast is served at boatwright's at POR. you can't go wrong w/either of these choices.

I too agree that Whispering Canyon is fantastic. Another favorite for us is the Kona Cafe -- fantastic coffee and Tonga Toast (banana stuffed french toast!. Both are great places! But I must say, I've never had a bad breakfast at WDW -- bad lunches and dinners sure -- but they always seem to do breakfast right no matter where you go!

We love the Kona Cafe (best coffee in all of WDW). We also always hit the Boardwalk Bakery for coffee and cinnamon yummies each trip. Grand Floridian Cafe serves a nice breakfast and so does Yachtsman (YC). For pure Disney atmosphere I would say Kona or GFC. We used to love breakfast at Tony's but our last couple of meals there were big disappointments.
