2. NO PROFANITY: Simply put, don't use swear words and don't post or link to suggestive or inappropriate photos. The boards are equipped with censoring software. If you try to use a profanity, it will be filtered and appear as all asterisks. Please don't get creative in an attempt to bypass the filters. This is considered the same as using the word itself and will result in an infraction. If you post or link to pornography, you'll be banned from our site.

I have a question about 'profanity'. Why is ****** included as profanity? It's the scientific, truthful term for a body part. That's like blocking the word arm or foot. I don't understand the sense in blocking this word.

There's a reason for that.
But I don't think I'm allowed to tell you what it stands for, as I'd be mentioning it. Which is kind of why it's blocked, they don't want it mentioned.

Can anyone explain to me why mud.kip is blocked? It's only the name of a pokemon... The only thing I can think of is the meme "So I herd u liek mud.kips!", but that's not bad, it was even used as an april fools joke on Deviantart.

A couple summers ago some trolls used that and posted a bunch of edited pictures with rude comments about DISers.
