Hello Everyone!!.

I enjoyed reading dining reviews and researching Disney World for this trip so much that I decided I was going to make a review of my own. This trip was very special to me because it was in celebration of two things. First, I finally graduated from college after six long years! :cheer2: Also, it was my boyfriend and I's third year anniversary of dating.

I only had been to the World one other time, and that was in high school while on senior trip. This was the first time for my boyfriend, John, so I wanted to make it extra special for him.

Here is a picture of the two of us while we were on the trip.

Me-Colleen, 24 Over Planner and Disney Fanatic:mickeyjum As soon as John even mentioned maybe going to Disney World in celebration on graduation, I was online researching!!. I work full time at a bank near where we live and I absolutely love it. I also am a makeup artist on the side. So, here is a picture of me at my graduation party.

DBF- John, 22 ( yes, I am a cougar:rolleyes1) First Timer to the World. Actually, right after we got home he asked me when are we going back! :yay: He is a manager at a retail store and really enjoys it. He also does professional wrestling (like WWE) on the side, which of course practically gives me a heart attack every weekend. ahah. Here is one of John..

Ok so after being too excited to sleep at all the night before..

We were on a plane to DIsney World.:woohoo:

After checking in, we set out for Hollywood Studios.

The last thing we ate was at 5am at the airport, so we were pretty hungry by then. We decided to split a pizza from Pizza Planet and keep our appetites for dinner later on. It came with a caesar salad which I ate and John had the pepperoni pizza. We got a rice krispee treat for desert.

It was a bit crowded when we were in line and there were very few tables inside. Luckily, we were able to find a spot outside and it was nice and shady. That was a bonus because it was certainly hott outside!. The pizza seemed to hit the spot for John and the salad was the perfect size for me.

I'm suupper excited for this rice krispee treat!!.

Up next...

50s Prime Time Cafe

Ok so after riding our way through Hollywood Studios we were ready for dinner at..

P1010763.jpg

When we arrived to check in there was a bit of a wait, so we took a seat in the living room and used the time to look around and take a few pictures. The theming in the waiting area makes you want to wait a bit for your table just to take a look around back in time. They called our names after about 10 minutes and we were on our way to our seats.

Our server was in somewhat into the role of "the aunt". She made us set the table and of course scolded us for having elbows on the table and one time she caught me and John bickering back and forth. :rolleyes1 But, she wasn't too over the top, which made us feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, we were seated in a small table for two not near the TVs. It was a bit of a bummer, but not enough to ruin our time. "Our Aunt" was nice enough to take our picture for us.

P1010767.jpg

We must have caught them right before dinner time cutoff, because they were still serving the lunch menu.
I must really love chicken caesar salad because I ordered it again for dinner..

P1010768.jpg

It was very good, but I would say it is what you would expect. Nothing spectacular but it hit the spot.

John went for the fried chicken and subbed green beans for the greens that usually are served with it.

P1010769.jpg

He said it was very good, but he was having trouble finishing it since there were four pieces of the chicken. I volunteered to help him out since he was afraid of getting yelled at for not finishing his dinner. I must have scared him with the stories that I read on here about the choo choo train :rotfl:

For desert, we ordered the chocolate milkshake, John said was very good and I had the Smores.

P1010771.jpg

They were pretty good, except the graham cracker on the bottom was soft. I don't know if it was because of how they prepared it, but I was expecting it to crunch when i bit into it. Oh well, other than that it was a great traveling back through time.

While we were waiting for Fantasmic to start, it was so hot!. So we decided to use a snack credit for a frozen strawberry lemonade.

Definitely helped to cool us down.

Coming up..

Magic Kingdom day where the bit of pixie dust comes into play

OK so picking up where I left off...

Today is Magic Kingdom Day!!.

I was super excited because I scored reservations in the castle for breakfast. Even though John wasn't too excited about the early wake up call, we were on our way bright and early to the castle:yay:

We had an 8:15 reservation. It was so awesome walking down Main Street with barely any other people. We definitely took advantage and got some really cool PhotoPass pictures and snapped a few on our own cameras.

We checked in with no wait and were in line for our pictures with Cinderella. We only had a few people in front of us, so there wasn't much of a wait at all.

Our included picture with Cinderella.

We climbed the staircase up to the dining area. We were seated in the middle on the end table. It was not the best location but it was easy to get up for pictures with the princesses since we were on the end. Our waiter came and we put in our order. We were given the three choices for breakfast. I chose the stuffed french toast with bacon. John chose the breakfast with sausage, eggs, and breakfast potatoes. We were given fruit and cinnamon rolls while we waited.

P1010785.jpg

We devoured the rolls and the fruit was very good and fresh. While we waited we were able to get a few pictures with the princesses. We had Belle, Ariel, Snow White, and Aurora. Unfortunately, my favorite princess Jasmine, was not there this morning but no worries. At least my second favorite, Snow White was. They even gave us wishing stars. John got the sword and I got the magic wand. I know they are usually for the children, but it was nice to be included. ahah.

Not too long later, our breakfast arrived. I apologize in my excitement I must have forgotten to take a picture of John's order. And also, please excuse my breakfast picture, I guess I just couldn't wait to take a bite!.
P1010789.jpg

John said he enjoyed his breakfast very much except the sausage(he doesn't care for it) but I took the advantage and will tell you it was very good!;)

The stuffed french toast was out of this world!!. :lovestruc Definitely one of my favorite dishes of the trip. The bacon was ok, it seems all Disney bacon is this way when looking at other reports.

I can tell you eating in the castle and visiting the princesses, well I was in heaven.:cloud9: This is the one reservation I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. But while I was having so much fun, John seemed to have this glazed look over his face. I told him I was sorry, he must be so bored and we were almost done. I'm sure his idea of fun wasn't exactly the same as mine. :lmao: He assured me he was fine and he just wanted to make sure I was having a great time. He just seemed anxious, so I told him we could go since we were finished with breakfast. John said he just wanted to take one more picture with Snow White with his camera since she was my favorite of the princesses there that morning. While I was posing for my picture with Snow White, I soon found out why he was acting so anxious...

Hopefully, I posted the video correctly and it will play.

While I was waiting posing with Snow White, I remember thinking what is taking him so long to take the picture?. Here we are smiling and he is fiddling with something in his pocket. And then he knelt down, and I just lost it.:scared1: I was surprised to say the least!. And yes I totally took the ring out of the box and put it on myself. I still get embarrassed about that every time I see the video. ahah. It was so nice the whole restaurant started clapping for us. A cast member came to our table and brought us "Just Engaged" buttons which we put on right away!.

What I didn't know is that when John said he was going to bathroom real quick he actually went to go talk to the waiter and asked him if Snow White would be able to come back around for another picture because he was going to propose. So when she came around the second time, it was actually set up and I had no idea. I didn't even notice that he gave the waiter our video camera, but I'm sure glad he did ahah.

After breakfast, we were supposed to start our adventure in Magic Kingdom, but I was just to jittery to even focus on the park. I told John I had to go back to the room to collect myself and start calling family and friends.

It was definitely a magical addition to our trip that I was not expecting. The food, the experience of eating in the castle, and the added bonus of a proposal made our experience of Cinderella's Royal Table wonderful. I am planning our honeymoon trip now and this is going to be on the list for sure.

Up next..

Our return to Magic Kingdom

Ok so now that I had a little break to collect myself.. We set back out for Magic Kingdom.

After riding a few rides, I was ready for a snack and I knew exactly what I wanted. We made our way over to get a Pineapple Float. I first saw these babies here on the boards and I knew I had to have one. I can definitely tell you that I am officially in love
P1010795.jpg

John didn't want any since he doesn't like pineapples, and I was completely fine with not sharing. :rotfl:

We were able to find a spot in the shade to sit and enjoy a little break.

Lunch time rolled around and our stomachs were growling. We decided to stop at Peco's Bills. Everyone else must have been thinking the same thing because it was crowded!. We decided to split up and order and meet up to find a table. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries. I made a poor attempt at being healthy and got a yogurt for dessert. ahaha. I convinced myself it was a good choice, never mind the burger and fries...:rolleyes1
P1010797.jpg

We made sure to hit up the toppings bar for extra goodies. I really enjoyed having the cheese to dip our fries in. As you can see, John took full advantage of the topping bar. ahaha.
P1010798.jpg

John got the Deluxe Cheeseburger that came with bacon, onion rings, and barbeque sauce. He also got a chocolate cake for dessert.

He enjoyed his very much!. I also thought mine was very good, but I was only able to eat half of it. It just turned out to be too much food for me.

That's all for now at Magic Kingdom!.

Next stop..Wolfgang Puck Express :cool1:
