A few random questions.

It had been a while since I rented DVC points, we are doing a split stay coming up soom (19 days). I can't remember do the rooms have Irons and Ironing boards? Also coffee maker but I should bring my own coffee?

My father in law has mobility issues and will be renting a scooter, any recommendations as where to stay at AKL Kidani and SSR?

What size room? Are you staying for 19 days or does your reservation start in 19 days? If you like daily coffee you should bring your own of buy from the resort store or add to your delivery order.

Yes the rooms have irons and ironing boards. Ask mousekeeping for one if for some reason you don't have one in the room.

Disney provides a pack of coffee that basically allows you to make a pot in the coffee maker they provide. That is only refreshed every 4 days or so, so as Bill suggests you can either bring your own or buy some Disney Diner coffee in the store at each resort. You will also need to buy/bring some flat bottom basket filters since those aren't provided.

If you have a scooter, AKV Kidani won't matter much where you stay since the mobility impaired person won't be walking. But for your own sake, you may want to request "close to the lobby". As for SSR, I'm not familiar with what might be good beyond a ground floor unit.

We are staying in a 2 bedroom dedicated at both locations. We leave in 19 days, will be there for 7 nights 8 days. I will add my mother in laws favorite coffee and creamer to the order ! Thank you for all your help. I will add those to my considerations!

I believe they do include the iron and board. We typically stay in a 1 or 2 Bedroom as well.
