1. Do the rooms at the GC have alarm clock/i-pod docks?

2. Do the refrigeraters at the GC have freezer compartments for ice packs?

3. What is the name of the disney outlets and where are they located. I thought I read there were 2 outlets?

4. Does anyone know what the hours are for the Minnies Breakfast Buffet in the park?

Thank you for your replies:flower3:

I've never stayed at the GC, but I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of alarm clocks in the rooms.

Sorry can only help with #3, we only know of 1 outlet, it's about 15 minutes down the road from Disneyland off of Harbor, it's called something like Disney Character Warehouse. We just went and there was nothing good at all in the store. All we bought was a beanie hat for DD. It was mostly filled with High School Musical stuff and Camp Rock. Last time I went many years ago, it was much better. But I heard the inventory is always changing so you never know.

There is another outlet in Pomona -- the address is:

2780 B Reservoir Street
Pomona, CA 91766

It's about 25 miles from DLR. I have never been to this location but hopefully will make it this weekend when we are in town visiting family.

Here is the link for locations:

GCH has an alarm clock, but but no ipod dock.

The fridges don't have freezer compartments (that I can remember bc their old ones did have a small one), but I would say the closest thing you could do would be to put it in the ice bucket w/ ice.

When we stayed on the concierge level a couple of years ago, they did have an ipod dock in the room.

I don't remember seeing one on our last visit in May so I don't know if the standard rooms do or not.

If you want to listen to your ipod in the room you can buy a cable/cord to hook it up to the jacks in the front of the hotel TV. There are a couple of kinds...if it's just the audio you want it'll be cheaper than the audio/video one which is what we use to watch movies on the hotel TV. If you want to go that route, you can get them for a lot less on Ebay than anywhere else. Just make sure it's the kind that plugs into the usb part of your ipod, not just the headphone jack if you want the video option.
