A few questions

We are starting to plan our 2nd family trip to WDW for this fall but I was needing help with a few questions.

1. Is there going to be free dining for 09'?

2. How do I get signed up for these codes everyone have for like the 40% off etc?

1. It is too early to tell about Free Dining. The past few years the offer has been released in April so keep an eye out!

2. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets codes and who doesn't. To increase your changes, sign up for everything Disney. Make sure you are registered on http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ with your current email and mailing address. Sometimes ordering a free vacation planning DVD helps as well. Then keep your fingers crossed!
