just a bump since i'm also interested in the bus situation..and any input about DIY programs

Ok so i just have a few questions everyone:


1. Does Disney charge a fee if we use our own programs, unity candle, and bubbles?

2. Also for those of you who made your own programs, how did you do it, like what program and stuff.

3. Did any of you, not have the bus, and your guests just took their cars?

1. It varies somtimes they do, somtimes they don't I will have to find our papers to see if they did on ours,

We also made tags for the bubbles and place cards but I can't find pics right now. We just bundled everything togtherand labled it and gave it to our corrdinater at the rehersal.

3.We had our reception at the Living Seas so had to have a bus. But they told us unless you are going to a backstage area you don't have to have one. It helps keep your party together and from getting lost or being late though.

Thanks they were easy, we made an assamly line and put them together. My mom and I scrapbook so we had fun making all or the stuff for the wedding.

Can't help with the programs. We bought all the stuff to them, but ran out of time!
I was at a DFTW a few weeks ago where the reception was at one of the hotels and after leaving the WP and lining up for the farewell and bubbles, the Disney staff members gave us maps (I am pretty sure Disney made them) of how to get to the reception location. They were really cute and helpful! So, if you don't use the buses and you don't have a location you need them for, Disney makes sure your guests get to the right place!

I am using my own programs, bubbles, unity candles and I am not being charged.

I made my own programs by using Microsoft publisher.

We are not using a bus. We have one limo for transportation of the wedding party and guests are on their own. My EM said people do it all the time.
