A few questions about WL?

Do all rooms have a balcony? How long does it take to get to each of the theme parks from WL with the use of Disney transportation?

mk- via boat about 15 minutes via bus about 5 minutes

epcot -about 20 minutes (we shared a bus with fw so it seemed like a longer ride)

ak about 20 to 25 minutes (again we shared with gf so it makes the ride a bit longer)

mgm- about 20 minutes

dtd- about 25 minutes.

i do believe all the rooms have balconies and or patios.

Balconies overlooking the courtyard on the highest floors are enclosed so you must stand to enjoy the view.

Does anyone know if the balconies have chairs? Or is it just a place to stand and get some air/see a view?

What floors are considered concierge? What floor is the concierge lounge? Does anyone know if the Deluxe rooms have bunkbeds or is it just queen beds?
