A few questions about the Tree House Villas.

Not a DVC member, but wish I was. I can't figure this Tree House Villa out. I've used the search function and looked through the forum and could find the answers I was was looking for. This may sound dumb but here it goes.

I already have a room at the Poly. After booking I've got 2 neices that want to go for the weekend with us so I was thinking about doing a split stay. I thought the Tree House would be a neat idea for them.

1) Are the tree houses like 1,2, and 3 bedrooms or are they just the 3 bedroom?

2) If I rent points from someone I can tell them I want the dinning plan, but I have to let them know ahead of time so they can put that on my reservation, is that correct?

3) Are the tree house villas far from the regular Saratoga Springs villas?

Sorry if I sound stupid about all of this. I know a little about the DVC (enough to know I want to buy into it) but not enough not to sound like a dummy sometimes. Thanks for any info you give me in advance.

1) Are the tree houses like 1,2, and 3 bedrooms or are they just the 3 bedroom? They are all 3 bedrooms, same layout for all of the villas (except ADA compliant ones)

2) If I rent points from someone I can tell them I want the dinning plan, but I have to let them know ahead of time so they can put that on my reservation, is that correct? Yes

3) Are the tree house villas far from the regular Saratoga Springs villas? Not too far, about a 5 minute walk to the Grandstand area maybe ten minutes to the check in area. They do have internal transportation

I have one booked for now for our Mardi Gras trip and am trying to decide whether to keep it or change to BWV at 7 months. So, maybe you'll get more tips that will help me, too!

All THV sleep nine persons. There are two queen beds, one set of bunk beds, one queen sleeper sofa and one twin sized sleeper chair.
