A few questions about staying on-site

We'll be staying on-site for the first time on our April trip and I had a few questions. Sorry if they seem silly, like I said this is our first time on-site.

We currently have a room only reservation. Is it possible to add park tickets to our resort stay? We will be there 11 days, 10 nights and will probably get 9 day MYW passes, will they put that on our ressie so our tickets are right on our resort ID or are we better off getting seperate park tickets?

We're staying at ASMo, is there a way to check-in for our flight home from our resort or do we have to just wait until we get to the airport to do so? We will be renting a car so Magical Express won't be used.

For your length of stay, check into the cost comparisons and benefits of an Annual Pass. Just a thought. You will be able to get your park tickets at the resort.

Can't help with the airline thing. We drive.

The break even point with an AP USED to be 8 days, it's more now that the MYW tickets have come out. You could just go online and order tickets from disneyworld.com, that way you get the advance purchase price and you have them when you get there. If you don't want to do it online, you can also call 1-800-828-0228 and buy them over the phone. (You can also use that # for dining reservations as well, didn't know if you knew that already or not, so I thought I'd throw it in, lol).

We drive too, so I don't know about the airport thing. My sister flew down to meet us in May and she checked in before we went to the parks for the day, but she was using ME. I would ask that question on the transportation board, there are several transportation cm's who hang out over there.
Congrats on your first on site trip, you're gonna love being surrounded by the magic! Have a great vacation!

They will check you in at the hotel. all of Disney's Hotels do. :Pinkbounc

You can add your tickets by simply calling CRO and giving them your reservation info, tell them you want to add tickets and let them know what you want. Also you might want to consider adding the dining plan. It is well worth the money and includes character meals etc. For 35.00 per adult per night of stay you get a table service meal a counter service meal and a snack each night of your stay. All includes tax and tips. 10.00 for children

You can call CRO and they'll add the tickets (and dining if you want) to your reservation and make it a package. Also I would definitely get the 10 day tickets instead of the 9, there's only a few dollars difference and it gives you more flexibility.

Have a great time on your first on-site visit.
