We are heading to WDW next saturday (feb 5) and it is our first time.
We are planning to go to MGM on Monday and had planned to stay for the fireworks but now I see the nighttime parade at MK is on that day and not the days we are going to MK (wed and fri). Do we skip the fireworks at MGM or do we go to MK?
Also wanted to ask about Animal Kingdom - I don't see as much posted about this park - is it not very good? We are planning to go to AK on Thursday and be there when it opens. My daughter wants to finish the day with the parade and the ride you get soaked on. Will this park keep us busy that long?
Friday the park is open at MK till 9pm. We have a character breakfast booked for 8am (Crystal Palace) and then thought we should leave and come back later - maybe let the kids to the cooking class at GF. If this is our second day at MK will we want to stick around for the morning and then take a break coming back later in the afternoon - or is there so much to see that we will just want to stay?
Thanks for any insight.
Helen
